Virgin EMI Record present Ella Eyre her to be a 'normal' female of her age group through the use of instagram and other social media links. It reflects the audience that listen/purchase her music (14-24 years of age females). However, also present her as a edgy/current/urban by the clothes and hair styling in the photography. The record label showcases her talent through the embedded sound cloud clips and youtube videos. These also show who she has collaborated with and in turn advertise/promote other artists from the same record label.

 

Information:

The website is updated everyday with the instant instagram upload feature. It further updates spectators as to where Ella Eyre is globally and events she is at. It also shows some of her past events and life before being an artist. Tours are updated as soon as they are released.

Her music is best portrayed on the 'Listen' tab where there are embedded soundcloud clips. Audience can listen to the clip, follow them and then share them through email and social media networks to friends and family. This is free and therefore, doesn't break any music piracy laws. Style:

Images of Ella are used throughout the website both in the header and her instagram. They match her urban/house music genre as the edgy nature of the images mirror the edgy nature of her music genre.

 

The navigation is relatively straight forward. The colour reflects the music genre and her star image. It is sophisticated yet current. There is a continuation of colour from her digipak to her website. She uses a black background with white font with grey and pink attributes. The additional colour is from the photography. The photography used in the header follow the continuation of colour and are fairly neutral. These further illuminate Ella's star image.
